About 1898. Maggie Schneider and sons

Margaret "Maggie" Etta (Kane) Schneider with sons Leon (b.1892), Arthur (b.1890) and Robert (b.1894). The Schneiders helped start Ronald School. Richard Schneider, grandson of Maggie and Bruno W. Schneider, tells us: "My father, Clarence 'Bud' Schneider was the youngest. My uncle Arthur Schneider lived on the property until late 1940s or early 50s. Part of the property was given to the Bahai Faith. They sold it. Property was called Schneider's Grove and was where the Highland Ice Arena is located at N 180th Street and Aurora." Photo donated by Richard Schneider.
