Early 1900s. The Lemon Home was built in 1906 at 20108 8th NW. The photographer is looking west toward 8th Ave. The building was later renumbered to 20106. It first had clapboard siding, and then later had brick veneer siding. The outbuildings also belong to the Lemon family. The Lemons were sculptors who worked for a terra cotta company near Garfield High School.
