Photo taken by Herb Haines looking north, probably standing on the roof of his mother's restaurant, the Bessie B Cafe. This gas station was earlier a stop on the Interurban railway which was removed in 1939.. At far left is Lea Stevenson Insurance Co. At far right is Richmond Highlands Lumber, later named Dunn Lumber.
