1934. Sam Lund was a builder and this was his first home built in Lake Forest Park. It was purchased by Margaret E. Atkinson in 1925 and became "The Boy" boarding home. This picture was used on advertising leaflets for the boarding home. Read more in "Growing Up With Lake Forest Park" pp.38-9.
