Next to it with a half-hidden dormer is William and Hannah Dye's Home Bakery and Restaurant. Both of these are facing N 185th St. The large building in front center is Charles P. Polachek's grocery and living quarters. Behind this grocery is F.E. Smith's Feed Store. And behind that is Thor Thorsen's gas station which is across from the Rogers store. At far right is Haines Garage, built by Roy Haines and Mr. Calderhead. Bessie Haines ran a waffle shop in the back of the garage, which also served as the Interurban stop. In the distance, the road turns left onto Firlands Way in front of Rogers General Store.
