Built in the 1920s, photo taken in 1950s. Dr. Charles D. and Sadie Germain owned this home 1921-1940. Home was owned in 1948 by Guy B. Ward. Some changes were made between Germain's building home and this photo. See "Growing Up With Lake Forest Park" pp 83-4.
