For the sale of "one scenic railway equipment with all accessories thereto as now assembled at Lotus Isle (Jantzen Beach), Multnomah County, Oregon, the same to be transferred to Point Defiance Park, Tacoma, Washington" for the price of $1,000. Note that "scenic railway" usually refers to a roller coaster.
