1960s. Water tower and pump house, 145th and Aurora

This tower on the NE corner of 145th Street and Aurora Avenue was used as a lookout during WWII. Probably built in the 1920s, in this picture it's old and unused. The windmill has no vanes, windows are broken and trees are growing out of the building.
