1934-35. Mrs. Rothhausen owned the home at left Block 12, Lot 4, which was rented by Kenneth and Belle Watson in the 1930's. Harold and Luella Watson owned the home on Lot 5 at right. These homes fronted on 47th Ave NE. See "Growing Up With Lake Forest Park" p.185.
