1920s. Mohr's chicken farm, Lake Forest Park

1920s. Jack and Eloise Mohr's property in Lake Forest Park at 19057 Ballinger Way. The farm as seen from the top of their neighbor Shippen's windmill. Farm was from an earlier period and all but one building was already there. The barns were located on hilltop west of McAleer Creek. Moved down by Grandpa Mohr and Merrick in 1930's. L-R: Older chicken house, barn, new 3-story chicken house. Back: Windmill and hired ranch hands quarters. The ranch house was remodeled by Mohr.
